Penang: The Penang government will host the Chief Minister's Chinese New Year 2025 open house on January 30 at the SPICE Arena in Bayan Baru near here. The celebration aims to bring the community together for a festive gathering.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Chief Minister's office has issued an invitation to the public to join the open house event, which is scheduled from 2 pm to 4 pm. The celebration will be an opportunity for residents and visitors to engage in the cultural festivities associated with the Chinese New Year.

The statement further noted that Yang Dipertua Negeri Tun Ahmad Fuzi and his wife, Toh Puan Khadijah Mohd Nor, are expected to attend the event. They will be joined by the elected representatives of the state, highlighting the significance of the occasion in fostering community ties and unity.
