Perak: Various programmes and activities have been organized for the state-level launch of the National Month and Fly the Jalur Gemilang 2025 ceremony at the Sultan Azlan Shah Roundabout tomorrow.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Perak Communications, Multimedia and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) Committee chairman Mohd Azlan Helmi announced that the event, starting at 3 pm, will be officiated by Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad in the evening. Planned activities include exhibitions, services from both government and private sectors, the Rahmah Sales Programme, coffee and pastry sales, an e-sports competition, and a Merdeka children's fashion show by Kemas pre-school children.

Mohd Azlan highlighted that attendees will enjoy performances by Zamani Slam and other local artists. He also mentioned the opportunity for visitors to win lucky draw prizes. The event will also feature the Pentarama Merdeka@HOHO programme, which includes educational elements and activities like quizzes and information sessions to boost patriotic spirit.

The initiative, in collaboration with Perak Transit, will see the Pentarama Merdeka@HOHO programme visiting various areas around Ipoh, making stops to engage with the public. This effort is part of the 2025 National Day and Malaysia Day publicity plans under the Communications Ministry. Mohd Azlan encouraged all residents of Perak to attend on Friday to show their support for the nation.
