Kuala lumpur: PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) will activate a phased road diversion from Aug 5 along KM166.79 to KM168.26 in both directions between the Bukit Gambir and Tangkak interchanges on the North-South Expressway.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the diversion will remain effective until Dec 30 to facilitate bridge construction works managed by a Public Works Department contractor. PLUS advised motorists to plan their journeys carefully and adhere to all traffic signs and instructions provided by PLUS personnel when navigating through the area.

PLUS also encouraged drivers to stay informed about the latest traffic updates by checking the PLUS mobile application or contacting the PLUSLine at 1-800-88-0000 in case of emergencies.
