Bayan baru: Police are seeking the public's assistance to locate a man who has been reported missing since leaving his house in Persiaran Mayang Pasir 2, Bayan Baru, near here, on June 10.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Southwest District police chief ACP Anuwal Ab Wahab stated that Shahir Zainul, 45, was last seen leaving his house at about 5 am on a motorcycle. The report of his disappearance was made by his mother, Salmah Shamsudin, on June 12.

The investigation revealed that the man's blue Yamaha Lagenda motorcycle was found abandoned by the roadside along Jalan Lebuh Bukit Jambul. The vehicle has since been returned to his family.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Shahir Zainul's whereabouts to contact the Southwest District Police Headquarters at 04-8662222 or visit the nearest police station to assist with the ongoing investigation.
