Sabah: Sabah Electricity is all set to ensure a smooth and stable power supply throughout the 17th Sabah State Election process tomorrow. The utility company posted on Facebook that it will ensure proper electricity supply at all polling centres and vote tallying centres statewide.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Sabah Electricity has committed to several measures to guarantee stable electricity supply during the election. These measures include technical inspections, collaboration with the Election Commission (EC), and provision of mobile generators. The company emphasized that its team is fully prepared for the task.

Furthermore, Sabah Electricity has activated the central operations room in conjunction with the state election. It has also enlisted the assistance of the auxiliary police to enhance security patrols and is collaborating with the Public Works Department to inspect internal wiring at the centres.

Over 1.74 million registered voters are expected to cast their ballots in tomorrow's state election, which will see 73 state seats contested.
