Kuala Lampur:According to BERNAMA News Agency, ProductLife Group (PLG) has finalized a multi-year transformation, consolidating 26 businesses acquired over the past six years into a unified group. This integration aims to provide a comprehensive set of digital and human capabilities across the life sciences sector.
The full integration of the group is expected to be completed by the end of 2027, as stated by PLG. The transformation signifies an evolution in PLG's operations, combining human expertise with intelligent automation while ensuring that each recommendation is overseen by a senior life sciences expert.
PLG's vision is to become a leading global advanced intelligence business in life sciences, merging human expertise with automation to assist clients in developing new medicines, curing diseases, and improving lives. To achieve this, PLG is organized into four connected business units: Product Development and Engineering, Market and Patient Access, Product Compliance, and Digital and Innovation.
Product Development and Engineering encompasses activities from molecule to manufacturing, integrating pre-clinical, clinical, chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC), and regulatory development with engineering. Market and Patient Access includes market access, health technology assessment (HTA), pricing, health economics, and patient-centered evidence. Product Compliance addresses regulatory affairs, safety and vigilance, and quality assurance, while Digital and Innovation focuses on digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions across research and development, quality, manufacturing, and commercial operations.
PLG's new logo symbolizes the company's mission, depicting a unified force progressing upwards and forwards. This new identity reflects the collective energy that now connects PLG's four Business Units into one cohesive entity.
