PropNex Malaysia Sets Record with Largest Paid Real Estate Sales Masterclass

Kuala lumpur: PropNex Malaysia has been recognised by ASEAN Records and ASIA Records for organising the 'Largest Paid Real Estate Sales Masterclass Featuring a Millionaire Trainer Panel' through its flagship Advance Sales Techniques (AST) - Millionaire Mastery programme. The company announced that the three-day training programme, held from May 5 to 7, achieved the record with 803 paid participants attending a single training session, featuring 23 millionaire trainers sharing their expertise on stage.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the AST programme is now in its 18th edition since its launch in Malaysia and was conducted daily from 8.45 am to 7 pm, based on the training framework developed by PropNex Singapore. PropNex Malaysia chief executive officer Marcus Teng expressed that this achievement aligns with the company's vision of becoming a market leader, particularly in talent development and industry training.

Teng emphasized the importance of training as a key to developing talents and raising industry standards. Through the company's 4E approach-engage, equip, empower, and elevate-PropNex aims not only to improve sales performance but also to help consumers make better property decisions. He noted the increasing participation in the AST programme reflects the rising demand for structured and large-scale professional training among real estate negotiators and agencies across the region.

Teng highlighted that PropNex, along with its Singapore counterpart, now has a combined network of about 17,000 agents, making continuous training and empowerment essential for sustaining long-term growth. He remarked that property is not just about buying and selling but is a long-term legacy to be passed on to future generations, hence the focus on helping both agents and consumers better understand the market to avoid making wrong investment decisions.

He further stated that PropNex Malaysia aims to transform negotiators into consultant-based property advisors capable of providing value-driven guidance to clients instead of merely selling products. The company's consistent emphasis on training and self-improvement has contributed to its rapid growth since its establishment in Malaysia in 2018. Teng reported that the company recorded commission earnings growth from RM8 million in its early years to RM203 million last year.

Teng added that PropNex Malaysia expects participation in future AST programmes to continue growing, potentially reaching between 1,200 and 1,500 participants next year. Led by master trainer Alan Lim, who is also Co-Founder and Director of PropNex Singapore, the AST programme is designed to equip real estate professionals with sales and marketing strategies covering areas such as emotional selling, effective marketing, buyer and seller qualification, open listing strategies, and advanced negotiation techniques.

According to the company, this edition also gathered 60 millionaire achievers from both Malaysia and Singapore, reflecting the programme's emphasis on cultivating high-performing negotiators and professional real estate advisors. PropNex stated that AST has produced 54 millionaires so far, and 50 participants returned for the programme again, evidencing its effectiveness in building long-term success in the real estate industry.
