Kuala lumpur: Her Majesty arrived at about 11.55 am and was received by Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil and Warisan Ummah Ikhlas Foundation (WUIF) founder Datuk Hussamuddin Yaacub.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the programme was held from noon to 1 pm, themed 'Bingkas Menuju Malaysia Sejahtera'. It featured Surah Al-Muzzammil and Surah Al-Balad as guidance in building inner strength, resilience in facing challenges, and concern for others. The programme began with recitations of Surah Al-Fatihah and verses 1 to 5 of Surah Al-Baqarah by qari Ustaz Mohd Shukri Ali, followed by alternating recitations of Surah Al-Muzzammil and Surah Al-Balad by Ustaz Tirmizi Ali, Ustaz Muhammad Khairul Asyraaf Kamaludin, and Mohd Shukri.

The tadabbur (Quran reflection) session was delivered by Ustaz Fazrul Fahmee Ismail and Dr Shamsul Hakim Abd Samad. After the session, Muzakarah Committee for the National Council for Islamic Religious Affairs (MKI) chairman and adviser to the Johor Islamic Religious Council (MAINJ) Datuk Dr Nooh Gadot delivered 'Pesan Ulama untuk Negara'. This message emphasised that true independence means more than freedom from physical colonialism, but also the liberation of the soul and faith, as well as a life guided by Quranic values.

Among the resolutions highlighted were developing leaders and citizens grounded in the values of siddiq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (communicating the truth), and fatanah (wisdom); strengthening unity; cultivating Quranic reflection, self-reflection, and spiritual purification; and initiating change from within to build a nation founded on truth, justice, and compassion.

Masjid Al-Sultan Abdullah, Presint Merdeka 118, served as the programme's main venue, with similar activities also held at mosques, surau, schools, universities, offices, institutions, communities, and homes nationwide.
