Tambunan: The candidates of Ujian Penilaian Kelas al-Quran dan Fardu Ain (UPKK) from Sekolah Agama Negeri (SAN) Tambunan will sit for the examination at KAFA Maahad Al-Kautsar Tambunan from Nov 17 to 20.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) director-general Datuk Dr Sirajuddin Suhaimee stated that the relocation of the examination centre was necessary following a fire at SAN Tambunan on Oct 12. The decision aims to ensure the safety and comfort of all candidates involved.

He further expressed JAKIM's sympathy and concern for the students and staff of SAN Tambunan affected by the unfortunate incident.
