Malaysia: The Malaysian men's team secured a silver medal in the Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MLBB) event at the SEA Games 2025 after a decisive loss to the Philippines.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the national team was defeated 4-0 in the best-of-seven series by the defending champions at Sala Phra Kieo, Chulalongkorn University. The Malaysian squad included Idreen Abdul Jamal as EXP Laner, Muhammad Haqqullah as Jungler, Hazziq Danish as Mid Laner, Muhammad Qayyum as Roamer, and Ealtond Rayner as Gold Laner.

In the previous 2023 edition held in Cambodia, Malaysia faced a similar outcome, settling for a silver medal after a 3-0 loss to the Philippines. Meanwhile, the national women's team aims to achieve gold as they prepare to face the Philippines later today.
