Singapore: ImmunoScape Pte. Ltd., an A*STAR spin-out company supported by Amgen Ventures and EDBi, has announced a groundbreaking exclusive in-licensing agreement with Cue Biopharma Inc. (Nasdaq: CUE). This strategic move aims to spearhead the development of an innovative class of therapies targeting solid tumor cancers. The agreement grants ImmunoScape exclusive rights to utilize Cue Biopharma's clinical-stage Immuno-STAT® molecules within the oncology sector.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, ImmunoScape is integrating Cue Biopharma's technology with its own precision T cell receptor (TCR) therapy. This innovative combination is set to revolutionize cancer immunotherapy through a novel 'Seed-and-Boost' strategy. This method aims to overcome the limitations of existing cell therapies by enabling significant in vivo expansion of infused tumor-targeting T-cells. The result is the production of a large number of highly effective tumor-killing T cells within the patient, offering a controlled and potent treatment approach.

The collaboration marks a significant milestone in the quest to enhance the efficacy of cancer treatments, particularly for solid tumors, and positions ImmunoScape at the forefront of cutting-edge cancer therapy development.
