SK Bukit Bandaraya’s Dazzle Dancers Set To Represent Malaysia At International Event


Kuala lumpur: Twelve students from Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Bukit Bandaraya in Bangsar are poised to make their mark on the international stage as they prepare to represent Malaysia at a prestigious dance competition in Bandung, Indonesia.



According to BERNAMA News Agency, Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil announced in a Facebook post that the group, known as the ‘Dazzle Dancers’, consists of students aged between 10 and 12. They are scheduled to depart for Bandung tomorrow, where they will compete in three categories: group, duo, and solo.



The Lembah Pantai Member of Parliament highlighted that the Dazzle Dancers will not only represent their school but bear the country’s name in the competition. He noted their rigorous preparation, mentioning that the group underwent three weeks of intensive training under the tutelage of the talented choreographer Cikgu Mohd Nazri Zahauddin, a dance coach from PERMATA Seni Tari.



Fahmi expressed his support and encouragement, urging everyone to pray for the success of the Dazzle Dancers, rallying with the phrase, “Malaysia boleh!”
