Brickfields:Social media influencer 'Lim Sian See,' whose real name is Datuk Eric See-To, was summoned to the Brickfields District Police Headquarters earlier today for questioning regarding an online post.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Lim was subsequently taken to the Dang Wangi IPD at 1245 am, and the case was later referred to Bukit Aman. He was eventually released on police bail.

The questioning was related to Lim's post in which he challenged the use of the word 'lighad' in Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's speech during the presentation of the Supply Bill (Budget) 2027 in the Dewan Rakyat on Friday. In his post, Lim sarcastically linked the term to another word. The word 'lighad' is derived from verse 18 of Surah al-Hasyr in the Quran and means tomorrow or the future.
