Kuala Lumpur: In conjunction with the Lunar New Year, Sunway Theme Parks invites Malaysians to dive into a world of vibrant colours, culture, and community through its 'Scales of Prosperity' celebration from tomorrow to February 2. Sunway Theme Parks executive director Calvin Ho said this festive event offers exciting and memorable experiences for visitors of all ages at Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Lost World of Tambun.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, guests can look forward to performances such as the glowing LED Dragon Dance, graceful Wushu shows, and the mysterious Face Changing act. Angpao (red packet) giveaways with mystery prizes will also add a touch of prosperity as guests greet Park Ambassadors with 'Gong Xi Fa Cai' at both parks. Celebrating the Year of the Snake, the festival embodies community, tradition, and the joy of creating memories with loved ones.

At Sunway Lagoon, visitors can enjoy interactive activities, including the life-sized Giant Snake Board Game, paper snake crafting, Tanghulu (candied fruit) making, and live culinary demonstrations by in-house chefs. Meanwhile, Sunway Lost World of Tambun offers activities such as crafting snake-themed creations, playing Chinese Jianzi, participating in the thrilling Snake's Bounce game, and experiencing the unique Animal Lou Sang tradition.

Adding to the excitement, guests can enjoy musical fireworks that light up the night sky, creating the perfect backdrop for a meaningful Lou Sang toss with loved ones. The celebrations also emphasize unity, featuring a special snake artwork installation created by children from diverse backgrounds, including participants from the Sunway Theme Parks' Explorer Rangers programme.
