General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam, his spouse paid a floral tribute to martyr Pham Hong Thai at his grave in Huang Hua Gang Memorial Park in China’s Guangzhou city on August 18, as part of the top leader’s State visit to the country.
