UiTM Organises ‘Solat Hajat’ for Sultan Ibrahim’s Well-Being and Speedy Recovery

Shah Alam: Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) held a special prayer, the 'Solat Hajat', at the UiTM Mosque to pray for the well-being and speedy recovery of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the university, in a statement today, stated that the prayers will also be held today and tomorrow to show the concern of UiTM's staff and students for Sultan Ibrahim, who is also UiTM Chancellor.

"The entire UiTM community prays that His Majesty is blessed with good health, that his medical treatment goes smoothly, and that he is always under the protection of Allah SWT," the statement read. "May His Majesty continue to be given the strength to protect the country and the people of Malaysia with justice and wisdom."

Prior to this, the Istana Negara issued a statement informing that Sultan Ibrahim was abroad to undergo medical treatment. Accompanying His Majesty are Tunku Panglima Johor, Tunku Abdul Rahman Al-Haj Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, and Tunku Putera Johor, Tunku Abu Bakar Al-Haj Ibni Sultan Ibrahim.
