Lake is a senior executive who joins from Accenture, where she was Deputy CFO of its substantial EMEA business. Her 20 years at Accenture involved serving in multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director, Accenture Corporate Development, leading M and A teams on acquisitions including five sustainability companies.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Lake's extensive experience includes leading teams and large-scale programs across audit, advisory, client transactions, financial reporting, and strategic planning. She began her career at Deloitte, where she gained foundational expertise that has supported her career trajectory. Her appointment is anticipated to bring strategic financial leadership to Cushman and Wakefield's operations in the APAC and EMEA regions.
