Vietnamese Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi held a working session with Russian Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin in Moscow on September 10, as part of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man’s ongoing official visit to Russia. Faizullin highlighted the growth of Russia’s construction sector and its expanding needs for foreign experts, saying he is ready to discuss in detail with Vietnam in this matter.
