"After 14 years, the bilateral cooperation continues to be strengthened with the signing of a MoU with Pahang and the university today," he said in a statement tonight. The PhD was presented by the President of Yarmouk University, Professor Dr Islam Massad, to Wan Rosdy at the Yarmouk University in Jordan today.

Wan Rosdy mentioned that a total of 363 Pahang children had completed their studies at Yarmouk University while 78 others were still continuing their studies. He expressed his belief that the strong academic relationship between Pahang and Yarmouk University could further expand into fields of joint research, Islamic economic innovation, green technology, and sustainable development.

He also expressed his hope that more Pahang children would seize the opportunity to pursue their studies at Yarmouk University and apply the knowledge and experience gained for the progress of the state and the country. He emphasized the potential of this collaboration to strengthen research and development based on Islamic values and the principles of Maqasid Shariah, thereby positioning Pahang as a successful and competitive state at both national and global levels.
