‘Wealth at Work Series’ to Enhance Financial Literacy Among Professionals

Petaling jaya: The Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC) is set to launch its inaugural Wealth at Work Series (WAWS) on 9 May 2026 at Le M©ridien Petaling Jaya. The event aims to bridge the financial literacy gap among professionals through a comprehensive programme designed to enhance financial understanding and planning.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Petaling Jaya edition is organized by MFPC in collaboration with The SmartInvestor (TSI), serving as the principal strategic partner for the programme. Further editions of WAWS are planned for Penang, Johor Bahru, and Kuching, signaling a nationwide effort to improve financial literacy.

The programme will also feature corporate collaborators such as AmanahRaya, CGS International, Private Pension Administrator Malaysia (PPA), SALIHIN International, and Securities Commission Malaysia (SC). These organizations will provide additional resources and information through their exhibition booths, contributing to the programme's objective of enhancing financial literacy among professionals.
