Kuala lumpur: Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Dr Zulkifli Hasan will present a ministerial briefing on the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) report on Lembaga Tabung Haji's management and operations from 2014 to 2020 during a special sitting of the Dewan Rakyat tomorrow.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, a 35-second video distributed to the media features Zulkifli stating that he and Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan will also participate in winding up the parliamentary debate on the report. Zulkifli mentioned that the Cabinet has indicated action should be taken against those implicated in the case.

The special sitting, scheduled to begin at 10 am, will provide Members of Parliament the opportunity to scrutinise the 211-page report, which was publicly released on July 29 after the government decided its findings should be disclosed. Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil previously noted that at least 40 MPs had shown interest in contributing to the debate.
