Kuala lumpur: Abaxx Technologies Inc. (CBOE:ABXX)(OTCQX:ABXXF) ('Abaxx' or the 'Company'), a financial software and market infrastructure company, and the majority shareholder of Abaxx Singapore Pte. Ltd., has announced the registration of Abaxx Exchange as an Organised Market Place ('OMP') with the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators ('ACER') as of April 8, 2026.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this registration allows Abaxx Exchange to fulfill its reporting obligations under the European Union's Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency ('EU REMIT'). Abaxx Exchange and Abaxx Clearing, both owned by Abaxx Singapore Pte. Ltd., are set to benefit from this compliance, enhancing their operational capabilities in the European energy markets.
