Kuala Lumpur: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has conveyed his congratulations to Sultan Ibrahim, the Sultan of Johor, on the occasion of His Majesty's official birthday. He expressed his wishes for Sultan Ibrahim, who also serves as the King of Malaysia, to continue his reign with sovereignty and wisdom.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Ahmad Zahid expressed his sentiments in a Facebook post, stating, "With utmost respect to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the Sovereign Ruler of the State and Territories of Johor Darul Ta'zim and the King of Malaysia, I extend my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of His Majesty's official birthday celebration." He further added his well-wishes on behalf of his family, the staff of the Deputy Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development, and the UMNO leadership and members.

Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil also joined in extending congratulations to the Sultan on behalf of all staff at the Ministry of Communications. In his own Facebook post, Fahmi offered prayers for the continued blessings and guidance of Allah upon Sultan Ibrahim, the Queen, and the royal family, wishing them good health and a sovereign reign.
