Kuala lumpur: The Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama) plays a vital role in enhancing public understanding of government policies, Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh said. He noted that Bernama is an important platform for upholding journalistic integrity, transparency, and ethics in the media and communications industry.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Ab Rauf highlighted that in nearly six decades, Bernama has established itself as a credible media institution, delivering accurate information and serving as the backbone of authentic news dissemination to the people and the nation. He expressed his appreciation to all Bernama personnel for their commitment and dedication in ensuring the public receives accurate and reliable information.

Meanwhile, Pahang Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail also recognized Bernama staff for their contributions and commitment to delivering information to the public and the nation.
