Bernama Motorcycle Club Strengthens Community Ties With ‘Two Wheels, One Soul’ Spirit

Kuala lumpur: The BERNAMA Motorcycle Club is positioning itself as a platform to foster closer ties between the national news agency and the broader community, championing the spirit of 'Two Wheels, One Soul'.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, club president Amrizan Madian stated that the initiative goes beyond motorcycling, aiming to build unity among staff and extend outreach through shared interests. "We're more than a motorcycle club, we're a family. The focus is on camaraderie and solidarity among members," he said.

Among planned activities this year are a patriotic ride to raise the Jalur Gemilang in conjunction with National Day and Malaysia Day, and heritage tours to historical sites across the country. The club also extends support to members involved in accidents, reflecting its commitment to welfare and mutual care.

Officially established on Aug 31, 2023, the club currently has 60 members and targets 100 by year-end. It has already organised several expeditions, including visits to the tomb of national hero Mat Kilau in Jerantut, its anniversary celebration in Janda Baik, as well as rides to Kota Bharu, Kuantan, and around Selangor.

The leadership line-up includes Kamal Azudin Md Yussof as Vice President, Muhammad Muzammil Abdullah as Secretary, Nor Hafifee Mahamad Nasir as Deputy Secretary, Abdul Azim Abdul Rahman as Treasurer, and Mohd Adnan Othman as Deputy Treasurer. Other appointments include Ahmad Syabil in the Commercial Bureau, Tajulzaman Zainudeen in the CSR Bureau, Mustapha Kamal and Pazziarul Harzad Smail in Member Affairs, alongside committee members Sheikah Faidzal Akhbar, Suherman Anuar, Mohd Aliff Hassan, and Mazani Mohd Yusoff.
