Pulau indah: Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd (CSSB) and Colform Sdn. Bhd. have formalised a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of 7.31 acres of industrial land in Pulau Indah Industrial Park, valued at RM25.2 million.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the exchange ceremony was led by Mr. Amran Abdul Wahab, Chief Operating Officer of Central Spectrum, and Mr. Kang Ket Hung, Managing Director of Colform Sdn. Bhd. The event was witnessed by Y.B. Tuan Ng Sze Han, Selangor State Executive Councillor for Investment, Trade and Mobility, along with Mr. Mohd Zapi Abdullah, Head of Land C Property Division, Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporation).
