London: The Defence, Security and Resilience Bank (DSRB) Development Group convened a high-level meeting on 8 September 2025 in the City of London. Representatives from 37 nations, including all G7 members, the European Commission, NATO, European Parliament, global banks, and ratings agencies discussed the establishment of the DSRB.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, several countries have now expressed their intention to initiate the formal processes necessary to establish the DSRB. This marks a significant step forward in the creation of the institution, which aims to enhance global defense, security, and resilience measures.
