Kuala lumpur: E-book writing is rapidly becoming a fast-track entry point into the digital publishing world, allowing aspiring authors to complete their first draft in as little as 24 hours when following a structured approach.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Kuala Lumpur Intellectual Authors Club (iAuthorsClub) president, S Nahanthiran, highlighted that many first-time writers face challenges such as procrastination, mental blocks, uncertainty in content development, and concerns over research, structure, and market positioning. He stated that experiential learning is key to overcoming these challenges and building confidence. The IAC regularly organizes writing workshops with a structured, step-by-step framework to guide participants from developing ideas to completing their first e-book draft within a short timeframe.
The one-day programme integrates theory and hands-on exercises, with strong emphasis on mastering writing techniques and structure, enabling participants to see tangible results. Participants are guided to understand the fundamental differences between e-books and physical books, which differ in characteristics and applications.
Nahanthiran, an accomplished author and certified e-book trainer and coach, welcomes individuals who aspire to write but are uncertain about how to begin, encouraging them to join the club for ongoing opportunities to learn and grow in the writing arena. Holding a Professional Certificate in E-Book Entrepreneurship from Spectrum International University College, Malaysia, Nahanthiran has authored 15 e-books across various genres and manages a digital bookstore. The club's intensive coaching model guides participants through the entire process, helping them plan and complete their first draft efficiently.
Beyond the one-day session, the club plans to organize a two-day writing retreat in Janda Baik, Bentong, Pahang, offering a tranquil and conducive environment for participants to disconnect from daily distractions, reconnect with their ideas, and make meaningful progress in their writing journey. This initiative not only accelerates the writing process but also encourages participants to pursue further writing projects, including physical publications.
