According to BERNAMA News Agency, the program was first introduced in April at eXpcon Montr©al, the company's global event. The Co-Sponsor Program aims to transform how agent relationships contribute to production, attraction, and retention. It provides new eXp agents and commercial advisors the option to designate not only a Primary Sponsor but also a Co-Sponsor. This additional leader offers complementary skills to help accelerate the agents' success, thereby fostering a more collaborative environment.
