Kuala lumpur: Encorp Berhad (ENCORP) has announced the appointment of Dr Wan Ahmad Rudirman Bin Wan Razak as its new Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 23 July 2025. Dr Wan Ahmad Rudirman brings over 25 years of experience in corporate advisory, regulatory oversight and strategic investment across both public and private sectors.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants from 2022 to 2025 where he led the national accounting body and provided strategic leadership in regulating and advancing the profession under the Accountants Act 1967.
