Tangkak: Four people, including an 18-year-old girl, were killed in an accident involving four vehicles at Kilometre 32.5 of Jalan Muar-Segamat near Bandar Baru Sagil here last night. The incident occurred at approximately 10.20 pm and involved three motorcycles and a Perodua Myvi car.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Tangkak police chief Supt Roslan Mohd Talib reported that three victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while another succumbed to injuries while receiving treatment at Tangkak Hospital. The victims who died at the scene included two men aged 20 and an 18-year-old girl. The fourth victim, a 19-year-old Yamaha 135LC motorcyclist, died at the hospital.

Roslan confirmed that all the victims were either riders or pillion riders of Yamaha 135LC and Yamaha Y15ZR motorcycles. Fortunately, the driver and passenger of the Myvi were unharmed. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
