Kulim:IJM Corporation Bhd's subsidiary, IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, has secured a significant contract from AT and S Austria Technologie and Systemtechnik (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. The contract, valued at approximately RM1.23 billion, is for the design and construction of facilities at the Kulim Hi-Tech Park in Kedah.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the project will include a four-storey production facility, a three-storey central utility building, and a single-storey wastewater treatment facility. The construction is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026 and is expected to be completed within 14 months.

IJM Corporation anticipates that this project will positively impact the group's revenue and earnings beginning in the financial year ending 2027.
