Johor Bahru: The Johor Royal Family has generously donated 230 cows for the ibadah korban, a ritual sacrifice, to be distributed to those in need in celebration of Hari Raya Aidiladha. This act of giving aims to alleviate the burdens of recipients and foster a spirit of sacrifice, sincerity, and compassion among the people of Johor, as stated by Johor Menteri Besar, Datuk Onn Hafiz.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Datuk Onn Hafiz emphasized that this gesture embodies the true spirit of Aidiladha, which is about strengthening ties and providing welfare to those in need. He expressed deep gratitude for the gracious consent of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, and Her Majesty the Raja Permaisuri Agong Raja Zarith Sofiah, along with the Regent of Johor Tunku Mahkota Ismail and the entire Johor Royal Family, for their generous contribution of 230 sacrificial cows to the people of Johor.
Datuk Onn Hafiz, through a Facebook post, extended his prayers for the royal family, particularly mentioning the residents of Machap and Simpang Renggam. He wished for their continued protection and blessings from Allah SWT, along with prolonged health, extended lifespan, and the wisdom to lead Johor Darul Ta'zim and Malaysia towards peace and prosperity.
