Johor bahru: The Johor Road Transport Department (RTD) has introduced four new multi-counters at its headquarters in Taman Daya to streamline the renewal process for Motor Vehicle Licence (LKM) and Malaysian Driving Licence (LMM) for individual private customers, starting today.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, state RTD director Zulkarnain Yasin announced that the new system allows customers to handle both LKM and LMM renewals with a single queue number at the same counter. This initiative is aimed at saving time and enhancing the efficiency of the renewal process.
Zulkarnain further explained that there are no divisional restrictions for transactions at these multi-counters, enabling coordination across all service counters. The system is designed to facilitate smoother operations and better customer service.
