Kuala lumpur: FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures traded lower at the open on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Friday. At 10.07 am, the April 2026 contract eased 2.5 points to 1,682.50, May 2026 slipped 5.0 points to 1,680.0, June 2026 fell 3.0 points to 1,681.0, and September 2026 weakened 2.0 points to 1,664.0.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, turnover stood at 1,561 lots, while open interest was at 34,834 contracts. After one hour 17 minutes of trade, the FBM KLCI eased 1.46 points to 1,688.25, compared with Thursday's close of 1,689.71.
