Man’s Body Discovered in Klang Drain, Heart Attack Suspected

Klang: A man was found dead in a drain at Taman Sentosa, Klang, earlier today, with initial indications pointing towards a heart attack as the cause of death. Klang Selatan district police chief ACP Lim Jit Huey reported that police received information about the discovery at 1.28 pm.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, an ambulance from Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital arrived at the location by 2.05 pm and confirmed the man's death on site. The deceased, believed to be in his 50s, was identified as a contractor for Air Selangor who had been working in the vicinity.

ACP Lim stated that preliminary post-mortem results suggest the man died from ischaemic heart disease due to coronary artery atherosclerosis. The case is currently classified as a sudden death. Lim urged the public to refrain from speculating on the incident to avoid unnecessary public concern, emphasizing the importance of allowing the authorities to conduct their investigation.
