Kuala lumpur: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rain, and strong winds affecting four states and the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur until 1 pm today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, MetMalaysia stated that the affected areas in Perak include Bagan Datuk and Hilir Perak. In Selangor, the regions involved are Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor, Klang, Gombak, Kuala Langat, and Hulu Langat.

The weather warning extends to Jelebu in Negeri Sembilan. In Sarawak, areas expected to be impacted are Kapit (Bukit Mabong and Belaga), Miri (Beluru, Telang Usan, and Marudi), and Limbang.
