N9 Polls: Fuziah Satisfied With PH’s Campaign Work

Kuala lumpur: PKR secretary-general Datuk Dr Fuziah Salleh has expressed satisfaction with the campaign efforts of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) machinery and candidates, particularly those from PKR, in engaging voters ahead of the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, she said the campaign had been well coordinated so far, with the coalition's candidates receiving an encouraging response from the people. "Based on the response to our candidates and campaign machinery, we are seeing very positive support from voters. In rural areas, we are focusing on issues affecting rural communities, while in urban areas we are highlighting local issues that matter most to the people," she told reporters after attending a town hall session with university students here today.

She said the state government's strong track record under Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun, who is also the PH candidate for the Linggi state seat, over the past eight years had further strengthened voters' confidence in renewing the coalition's mandate. "God willing, the people realise that they have benefited greatly from the Pakatan Harapan government under the leadership of Tok Min (Aminuddin)," she said.

Early voting for the Negeri Sembilan state election has been set for July 28, while polling will take place on Aug 1.
