No Blanket Order On Support For GRS, BN In Sabah Election – Fuziah

Kuala lumpur: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) has not issued any specific instructions to its members in Sabah regarding which party to support in constituencies where Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and Barisan Nasional (BN) are contesting against each other in the upcoming 17th Sabah State Election.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, PKR secretary-general Datuk Dr Fuziah Salleh stated that the party's central leadership would decide which candidates to endorse at the appropriate time. "At the moment, there is no blanket order. We'll do it on a case-by-case basis depending on which one is more winnable. We will give the instruction when the time comes," she mentioned during an interaction after officiating the ASEAN E-Commerce Conference 2025.

It has been reported that a PKR branch has already expressed its support for the BN candidate running for the Tempasuk seat, instead of the candidate fielded by GRS. The state polls are scheduled for November 29, with early voting set to commence tomorrow.
