I was discharged this afternoon. Thank you everyone who prayed for my health," Mohd Shukri shared on Facebook tonight.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, media outlets reported that the Perlis Menteri Besar sought medical attention at the hospital upon returning to the country. The Perlis Menteri Besar's Office issued a statement indicating that Mohd Shukri was taken to the hospital for further examination after he complained of chest pain.
