Kuala Lumpur: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim expressed hope that tomorrow's Chinese New Year (CNY) celebrations will mark a fresh start, strengthening the spirit of unity and familial bonds for the benefit of the nation.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of harmony during these celebrations, drawing on Confucius' wisdom that highlights harmony as the foundation of strength. In a recent Facebook post, he stated that this philosophy aligns with the manifestation of a MADANI order-one that embraces cultural diversity and traditions while promoting unity among people of all races.

The Prime Minister extended his wishes with "Gong Xi Fa Cai" to all those celebrating. As per the lunar calendar, tomorrow will usher in the Year of the Wood Snake, symbolizing new hopes, unity, prosperity, and fresh beginnings.
