Melaka:All schools under the Education Ministry in Melaka will be closed tomorrow, as announced by the Melaka Education Department.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the decision was made after monitoring results and an official report from the Environmental Department indicated that Air Pollution Index readings in major areas of Melaka had surpassed 150, reaching unhealthy levels.

The closure aims to protect the health, safety, and welfare of students, teachers, and school staff. The Melaka Education Department, along with district education offices in Melaka Tengah, Jasin, and Alor Gajah, will continue to monitor the haze situation following the guidelines provided by the Education Ministry.

Any updates or changes regarding school sessions will be communicated periodically through official channels.
