According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Kelantan-born coach stated that his players failed to deliver a convincing performance and capitalize on the opportunities, resulting in a goalless draw for TFC. He urged the players to improve their performance to enhance TFC's competitiveness and achieve the set targets. Nafuzi highlighted the team's inability to launch effective attacks and noted that despite an improved style of play in the second half, it was insufficient to overcome Penang FC's solid defense.

The match concluded with a 0-0 draw, as both teams were unable to score. Meanwhile, Penang FC head coach Wan Rohaimi Wan Ismail expressed gratitude for securing a point after their previous two defeats. He praised his players for their fighting spirit and noted improvements in their performance.
