Three Dead After Two Lorries And Car Crash In Kulai

Kulai: Three people were killed after two lorries and a car were involved in an accident along Jalan Senai-Seelong here yesterday.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Kulai police chief ACP Tan Seng Lee stated that the 4.15 pm crash occurred when a lorry collided with the back of a Perodua Bezza, which was occupied by a 68-year-old driver and three women aged between 65 and 87. The collision propelled both vehicles into the opposite lane, where they were struck by another oncoming lorry driven by a 23-year-old man.

ACP Tan Seng Lee reported that the 23-year-old lorry driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Additionally, another lorry driver and a female passenger from the Bezza passed away while receiving medical attention at Temenggong Seri Maharaja Tun Ibrahim Hospital.

The driver of the Bezza and two other passengers were transported to Sultanah Aminah Hospital in Johor Bahru for further treatment.
