Alor Gajah:Two men, aged 57 and 38, were discovered dead in separate locations in Alor Gajah today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Alor Gajah district police chief, Supt Ahmad Abu Bakar, reported that the first incident involved a 57-year-old man found at 11.30 am in an abandoned shophouse in Cherana Putih, Taboh Naning. It is believed the man had been deceased for two days before being discovered by a member of the public.

A preliminary examination showed no signs of foul play, and it is thought that the man was in the area without his family's knowledge.

The second case involved a 38-year-old factory worker found dead in an apartment in Simpang Ampat around 12:00 p.m. The man was discovered by his fianc©e after he did not respond to phone calls since the previous night. She entered the apartment through a window and found him unconscious before notifying emergency services.

There were no indications of break-in or foul play in either case, and both have been classified as sudden death. The bodies have been sent to Alor Gajah Hospital for post-mortem examinations to determine the exact causes of death.
