This latest development marks a new milestone as Balsam Hill becomes the first retailer globally to offer Christmas trees with True Needle® tips crafted from plant-based polyethylene derived from sugarcane rather than fossil fuels. Furthermore, by the holiday season of 2025, all True Needle trees produced by the brand will incorporate 30% post-consumer GRS-certified recycled polyethylene made from tear-away water bottle caps. These advancements have been achieved without compromising the quality controls and safety standards that Balsam Hill upholds, including a three-year warranty provided with every tree sold.
