Boston: Liquid AI, the MIT-born leader in efficient foundation models, and Brilliant Labs, a pioneer of open source smart wearables, have announced an agreement to integrate Liquid's vision-language foundation models into Brilliant's products. Under the agreement, Brilliant will license the current and upcoming multimodal Liquid foundation models (LFMs) to enhance the general scene-understanding capability of their AI glasses.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Ramin Hasani, co-founder and CEO of Liquid AI, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing the efficiency and reliability of their generative AI models. He highlighted the potential of glasses as a form factor for future human-AI interaction. Hasani noted that Brilliant Labs is on the cusp of building this future with their AI glasses products and that Liquid AI is eager to provide their private and efficient on-device LFMs to Brilliant Labs' customers.
