Subang: Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil was present at Subang Airport to see off the Sultan of Brunei, Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, and Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha as they departed for home.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Fahmi shared several photographs on Facebook capturing the departure of Their Majesties. In his post, he expressed Malaysia's gratitude for Brunei Darussalam's ongoing efforts in bolstering regional cooperation and unity. He also extended wishes for Their Majesties' continued good health.

Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah had arrived in Malaysia on May 25 to participate in the 46th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, which took place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on May 26 and 27. Following the summit, His Majesty took rest at the National Heart Institute (IJN) from May 27 due to fatigue and later continued his recuperation at a hotel after being discharged on May 31.
