Kuala Lumpur: Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil expressed his hope that radio will persist in its role as an agent of unity, bringing people together regardless of their background, rather than acting as a source of division.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Fahmi highlighted the significance of radio in conjunction with World Radio Day, emphasizing its role as a medium for spreading knowledge and fostering unity among people of various races. He remarked that for many years, radio has been an important channel for providing information, entertainment, and education to the public.
