Home Ministry to Enhance Security and Personnel Welfare in 2027 Budget

Kuala Lumpur:The Home Ministry is set to enhance its assets, technology, and enforcement capabilities while prioritizing the welfare of security personnel through allocations in the 2027 Budget, which will be tabled tomorrow.

Addressing the welfare of security personnel, Saifuddin Nasution mentioned that construction, repair, and upgrading of police quarters and workplace facilities have been carried out. New operational facilities are being planned with personnel well-being in focus, such as the new Marine Police Force headquarters, which will include operational infrastructure and welfare facilities.
